Spark Inside are looking for a Service Delivery Manager (East Midlands & South Yorkshire) to help bring the power of coaching to young people in prison and in the community.

Our new Service Delivery Manager will:
🔹 Build and maintain relationships with people at all levels in the criminal justice system
🔹 Manage and support our team of freelance coaches
🔹 Oversee projects and ensure the smooth running of our coaching programmes
🔹 Make a real difference by engaging young people to participate in transformative workshops and one-to-one coaching

📍 Location: Mainly working in prisons across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire (including HMP Ranby and HMP Moorland), with some office and home-working flexibility
💷 Salary: £33,437
🌿 Benefits: 28 days annual leave + bank holidays + 3 days off at Christmas

Client: With my fear of flying, if you told me I would take several flights on a round trip from the UK to different American 🇺🇸 States with no anxiety, enjoying the journey & I even eat my onboard dinner when the plane was in full on turbulence mode… I would have laughted at you & said no way!

I have been putting into practice the skills and techniques you taught me regarding social anxiety and last night I went out for a meal with a group of people. In fact I didn't just go, I helped organise it AND I enjoyed the whole evening! I wasn't anxious or worried in the days before. This has resulted in my goals being achieved - I was relaxed, happy, confident and comfortable speaking, even when all eyes were on me! We all agreed we'd like to go out together again. I'm so proud of myself.
