Want to know when your prescriptions are ready?

Got the NHS app?

You are now able to check the app to see the status of any authorised prescriptions.

Once we receive your prescription and we are processing it you will see 'PHARMACY PREPARING YOUR PRESCRIPTION'

As soon as we have completed, it this will change to 'READY TO COLLECT'

This can be found via the 'view and manage prescriptions section', then select your 'approved prescriptions'

Alternatively, you could ask us to sign you up to our text messaging service for an immediate text notification.
