Everything happens by chance — exactly as it was planned from above. The most important thing for each of us is to get to know ourselves and never lower our standards just because someone else can’t reach them. And don’t try to “jump out of yourself” by setting goals you don’t truly need.

A “locked” person always carries either positive or negative energy. At first you’re happy with them, and later you’re happy without them. Because any emotional “rollercoaster” is interesting only in the beginning — once you grow out of the “child” stage, it starts to make you feel sick.
The best ending to a spiritual search is deep agreement and acceptance of everything — not with the mind, but through your Essence.

Our time here is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t manipulate, and don’t get pulled into other people’s manipulation. Don’t get hooked by opinions, conclusions, emotions, or provocations from people around you or from outside sources. Don’t let other people’s views drown out your own inner voice.

It’s very important to maintain a constant, subtle connection with yourself — not only listening to your heart, your sensations, and your intuition, but also learning to distinguish what is truly yours from what is чужое (not yours), and then supporting that with actions and choices based on those inner impulses.

Your inner Self knows everything you truly need. Everything else isn’t actually important or necessary — we just keep testing it and proving it to ourselves through experience, each time drifting off our intended path.

The true state of self loves silence: whatever you boast about, you may end up losing… and the “swings” always take away what’s unnecessary. The key is to notice those moments a little earlier, so they don’t take what you genuinely need.

Look inside yourself right now. Look into your feelings.
What emotion, what energy lies on the surface at this very moment?
What feeling — fear, sadness, apathy, disappointment,
or perhaps joy, love, peace, a sense of celebration,
the anticipation of the carnival of your life’s future?

Look within yourself. Study carefully
the feeling that is already resting on the surface of your consciousness.
Do not suppress it with anything — not with coffee, not with ci******es,
not with television, not with excessive work.
Do not run away from yourself — simply look into your soul’s feelings.
Observe them closely and consciously become aware of yourself.

When you see that feeling that lies within you,
ask your soul:
“What image from my life holds this feeling in place?”

“What can I do to release this mental block, this tension,
this fear, this anger, this greed and sense of lack
in the vast Universe — with its boundless energies,
its elements, planets, and infinite potential of possibilities?”

Simply allow the feeling, the emotion, the image to absorb you.
Experience it fully, with your entire being —
with all that lives deep within you.
Open yourself. Be open like a window,
like a door for all guests to enter.

Put on the costume of a genius inspired by creation.
Dress in the garments of a master of life.
Live in the image of a sensitive artist
painting the canvas of your life with many colors,
a rich palette of new emotions and new feelings
that you gather from the surrounding world —
from birds, people, nature, animals, angels, saints,

Do not reject the energies of fear, sadness, anger, or resentment.
