The best way to start the day well is to wake up and think — can I bring joy to at least one person today?

Do not be sad about what has not yet happened, and do not celebrate what does not yet exist.

Open yourself to life itself — and it will open to you in all its diversity, exactly as much as you need.

Let’s talk about AMINO ACIDS.

Athletes know a lot about them, but most other people know very little, because a myth has been created that amino acids are only needed by athletes to build muscle mass.
