We’re Hiring: Deputy Manager – Domiciliary Care
Gemini Exclusive Care Mansfield is expanding, and we are looking to appoint a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to support the leadership and day-to-day management of our domiciliary care service.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting staff to achieve outstanding outcomes for the people we support.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Registered Manager in the safe, effective, and compliant running of the service
Supervising and mentoring care staff
Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
Supporting care planning, risk assessments, audits, and quality assurance
Acting as a point of contact for staff, service users, and professionals
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in a supervisory or management role within domiciliary care
Has strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Has a good understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding
Is committed to high standards of care and continuous improvement
