Weโre pleased to share an exciting a job opportunity for the role of Quality Support Officer within our Domiciliary Care team.
Overview of the role:
Hours: Full time โ 37.5 hours per week
Rota: Two-week rolling pattern
Week 1: Monday to Friday, 08:30am โ 4:30pm (office-based)
Week 2: Two days off during the week, working Saturday and Sunday, 06:30am - 2:00pm
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Support Officer to join our domiciliary care team. This vital role involves supporting the delivery of high-quality care to individuals in their own homes. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are met, with a focus on medication management, audits, risk assessments, care plans and providing essential staff support. The role also includes spot checks, and the completion of any actions identified through audits or assessments to enhance care services.
This role involves both office-based and field-based work.
Flexibility is essential due to the rotating two-week working pattern.
A commitment to promoting a high standard of care and continuous improvement is vital.
