We had such an interesting afternoon with a special guest! David from the March Museum stopped by to give us a fantastic presentation on the history of March. 🚂

With several of our VIPs being born and bred here, and others having adopted March as their home, it sparked some wonderful conversations and memories about how the town has changed over the years. Thank you, David, for a brilliant afternoon! 🌟

Yesterday our VIPs picked their winners for the Grand National with the help of our very own Clovelly Cob — a short, sturdy horse and a perfectly fitting mascot, I think you’ll all agree 🤣🐴

The tension built throughout the race, but in the end Trevor took the victory with I AM MAXIMUS.

Yesterday, our little chicks were collected. 🐣 We have absolutely loved the experience of watching them hatch and seeing them grow over the last few weeks. They received lots of cuddles and attention from our "VIP's" staff and "mini VIPs"! 🥰

A massive thank you to Paul, Brenda, and Karl for giving us this wonderful opportunity again this year. We can't wait for next time! 🐥💛

What an afternoon! The sun was shining, the chicks were chirping, and our mini VIPs were ready for action. After plenty of cuddles with our fluffy little friends, everyone dashed outside on the ultimate egg‑finding mission.

🥇 Ava hopped her way to victory with a cracking 24 eggs
🥈 Jasper wasn’t far behind with a brilliant 20
🥉 Riley scooped up a fantastic 16

And then… the legendary Golden Egg. This one was sneaky — hiding like it had something to prove. But after some determined bush‑shaking and giggles, Juniper and her mum tracked it down like true Easter detectives.

🎨 Our colouring competition winners Flo and Reggie also shone bright — their artwork was egg‑ceptional.

Meanwhile, our Easter Bunny and giant Easter Egg kept watch over the chaos, posing for photos and making sure no eggs went un‑found.

Thanks for joining us for such a fun‑filled afternoon. We hope your little ones sleep very well tonight after all that hopping about.

Oh look who popped in to see us....the Easter bunny and of course there was Easter eggs for our "VIP'S" our staff have also been collecting their eggs over the last few days.
It's always a pleasure to see you Bunny, don't forget to stop by again tomorrow.

The results are in for our Children's Easter colouring competition. Our respite resident Sybil really studied the pictures and made her choices.
We have a winner Flo won first place and Reggie was runner up.

Thank you to those children who entered. Thank you to Sybil for picking our winners. Prizes will be given out tomorrow at the our Easter egg hunt.
