As this time of year often brings seasonal illnesses and the spread of germs, I kindly ask that you let me know if you are feeling unwell rather than attending your appointment.
If you need to cancel due to illness and provide notice within an agreed timeframe, I will not charge a cancellation fee. While last-minute cancellations do impact my business, attending appointments while unwell can result in me needing to take time off work and may also affect other clients.
I truly appreciate your understanding and consideration, as this helps me continue to provide a safe and reliable service for everyone.
