We would like to request that patients and customers who have ordered their prescriptions and it has been over 5 working days to help us by visiting the pharmacy to collect their medications.
Because of Christmas, a lot of people have understandably ordered their medications early but we are currently struggling for space to keep them.

Our Free NHS and Private FLU vaccination Clinic starts tomorrow (03/10/24).
You do not need to make a booking, just Walk in between 9:30am-2:00pm and 3:30-5:45pm from Monday to Friday, and 9:30am-12:45pm on Saturdays to have your done.

The pharmacy would be closed on Monday 25th & Tuesday 26th December 2023, as well as Monday 1st January 2024.

Due to the approaching christmas holidays, it is understandable that a lot of people are requesting their repeats early to cover the period.
It is taking up to 5 working days for repeat prescriptions to get to the pharmacy due to the volume of requests the surgery is receiving, and, in some cases, an extra day or two for us to get them ready if items need ordering.
We request that these are taken into account before visiting the pharmacy to collect repeat prescriptions.
We will endevour to make acute prescriptions after a consultations with a doctor ready on the same day as much as possible.
On another note, it would be very helpful if repeat prescriptions which were requested more than 7 working days ago could be collected from the pharmacy as we are running out of spaces keep new ones.

We are now offering walk in Flu Vaccination Clinic between the hours of 9:15am-2.00pm and 3:30pm-5:45pm on Mondays to Friday; and 9:15am-12:45pm on Saturdays.

We currently have a power cut and have been advised that the problem would be resolved in 4-6 hours.
It would be very helpful if any non-urgent prescription issued today is left to be collected from tomorrow when we hope to have power restored.
