During June, 1 in 43 booked appointments were not attended.
This equated to 71 hours of wasted practitioner time which cost the UK taxpayer £6k.
If you can't attend your appointment, please cancel it with as much notice as possible so that someone else can be booked in.
201 more patients could have been seen last month if those that didn't attend cancelled their appointment in advance.

Today is school allocation day and many of our younger patients will now know where they are going to school in September!👨‍🎓

Along with the pencil case✍, school uniform👩‍🎓 and lunch box🍏, this is a reminder to book in your child's pre school immunisations as part of the getting ready process for September.
