Stepping towards 2026…

I love the symbolism of the new year…

The letting go..the shedding…the cleanse…

And the drawing in…the vision…the purpose…the clarity…

And since 2014, I have had the honour of supporting women on a 121 basis…

I specialise in offering practices, support & ceremony:

⭐️ Gather with us a few days before Christmas for a candlelit circle to close the year…

We began this particular monthly circle a year ago and it has grown to offer community to a wonderful group of women….

We’ll be drawing in themes around the Winter Solstice..of rest & hibernation…and a chance to close the chapter of this year…

Stepping towards 2026 like…

Today I celebrate the end of an era…

In the year of the snake shedding its skin…

I’ve made the call to reclaim the space of the home for my family…

And to relinquish the home studio I created that has been at the heart of Shala since 2021…

A last dance to the magic that has been here 💫

As Shala evolves into its next phase in 2026…where the essence of what has been created here travels into beautiful studios, event spaces, retreats, festivals and online…

If these walls had words…
They would share incredible stories of the deepest joys…and the deepest heart aches…

The stories of so many women…each who has been welcomed and deeply valued as they’ve stepped over the threshold…

You have hugely inspired me with your courage…your resilience…and your laughter…

I have huge respect for you all 🤍

It has been the cauldron…
The womb space…
A place of creativity…
Of community…
Of deep reverence to the feminine…

And I thank every single woman who has joined us here 🤍
