Could friends and families of our residents here at the willows if they are happy with the care please leave a review on the care homes page, the QR code is on the front door, our ratings have dropped but not due to the care it drops when you havnt received reviews on a regular basis.
Some families have tried to leave reviews under a friends email they won't allow that hence why no recent reviews.

Thank you to all the staff at the willows, we had our first cqc inspection in January, first under new owners and management, today I received final report, got good across the board and cqc said they expect outstanding next time, fab job done by all, thank you guys for your hard work and support (tracy- manager) 👏👍❤️
