As the day is coming to a close and you start to unwind and relax, allow yourself to be kind to yourself.
As you brush your teeth - be soft.
As you untangle your hair - be gentle.
As you wash your face - be tender.
Don’t rush, take your time. Be present in every moment.
And as you crawl in under the blankets and lay down on your head allow yourself to feel loved, nurtured and supported.
