As the day is coming to a close and you start to unwind and relax, allow yourself to be kind to yourself.

As you brush your teeth - be soft.
As you untangle your hair - be gentle.
As you wash your face - be tender.

Don’t rush, take your time. Be present in every moment.

And as you crawl in under the blankets and lay down on your head allow yourself to feel loved, nurtured and supported.

Tap in to the energies you require and desire.

In the middle of it all sometimes we get a bit stuck in life.

Stuck for no apparent reason.

No matter how we look at it, turn it, pinch it, tempt it, nothing seems to move it - just stuck.

What then?

It’s ok to have a moment.. or two … or even three.
Sometimes we require to feel it to work through it.

When our heads wants to loop in all the should’s and could’s and we sooo wanna go into wrongness we often shrink ourselves down so that we can’t feel it, so that it can’t touch us.

What if we could allow ourselves to feel.
To sit with it… To Sit With It. Not in it … With it.

Take the 90 seconds it takes to “feel” a feeling and really be present with it.

Allow for our points of views to move back of melt down and for the “feelings” to be real and to be raw in their natural true form.

What then? What are they showing us?
What are your “feelings” saying to you?
What information do they want to share with you?
What is it that you require to know?

If you feel yourself hiding from your feelings - take a deep breathe and say
What If I am not wrong

Be in the energy of that and ask for the feeling to show it self again.
What are you aware of now?

…if I’m not wrong what can this be?

Relax and allow your feelings to communicate with you with more ease.

Allow them to move through your field of awareness and to leave room for your choices, your creations.

Let your new adventures begin. ✨

Oh the stretch zone.
The magical place where so much of our growth happens.
Where we really start coming into our being, our creation and our future.

Sometimes we are not quite ready to go there… not just yet.

It hurts too much to stay stuck where you are. Your body and being signalling you in all ways possible that you have outgrown this space… you know you can’t stay there…

This morning I invite you to dip your toe just outside it.
Just outside of your current comfort zone.

Venture as far or as teeny-tiny as you dare and see what joy and ease you can explore just outside your comfort zone.

What is relaxing for you?

Do you relax when you sink into the sofa?
When you catch the bus on time?

Do you feel yourself relaxing when you are out running?
Or maybe when you are dancing round the house?

Relaxing for me this month have been to put what ever it is that has been occupying my head away.

Speaking about it with someone if something is persisting. And breathing through it if something has been a bit hard.

Consciously pausing and clearing my mind and my energetic space.

As I lay down this evening I am relaxing deeper into the love for myself.

Sometimes things have happened in our lives that makes it a little bit harder for us to trust. Trust people around us, our family and even ourselves.

Tonight I am inviting you to let yourself in, into your own heart.

To knock gently on the door and take soft, light steps into the vulnerable depth of you.

To be brave and and whisper - It is safe for me to love myself.

Say it one time, five times, a million times.
Say it as many times as you require for you to trust and to believe that it can be true. 💗

As your breathing calms ask yourself, What do I really love about myself today?

Allow any noise or disbelief rise to the surface and disappear like vapour into the air and out into the universe.

Be brave, allow yourself to connect deep with in.

Take a moment and tap into you. If it is hard to sense you in the mids of things put your hand gently on your heart and on your stomach.

Allow yourself to tap into the flow of air filling you up, expanding your lungs, moving though the body and out again through your breath.

All without effort and with ease.

Relax your shoulders, your your jaw, your forehead, your scalp. And allow the oxygen to flow freely and gently and dance throughout your body.

✨ Without the tension in my shoulders and in my jaw and face - Who am I?

✨ In the relaxation and ease - Who am I?

The incredible beauty, actress Sophia Loren said – “Beauty is how you feel inside, and it reflects in your eyes. It is not something physical.”

We often think that it is the dress, the nails, the shoes, the makeup, the bling and the gloss that makes us special and beautiful. And yes, it can be quite eye catching, but not even Vera Wang’s or Vivienne Westwood’s creations can bring you to life is you dull or hide your glow.

This month, the month of Looooooove, I am looking at ways to invite myself to connect more deeply with myself, to invite my true self to emerge and to fall head over heels in love with me.

As January has been a month of deeper clearing and letting go a lot of us are walking into February authentically raw and vulnerable.

As we move through the month of love we can start to allow ourselves for connect with what is true for us. What we truly require and what it is that we dream of and desire.

Instead of forcing us to experience a life design by the world around us we can choose and curate one that allows us to grow and to bloom.

What can you let go of today that would create room for a new exciting life and living in the rest of your tomorrows? ✨
