F2F Friday League (Canterbury)

Week 7

Another fantastic week of netball. We also welcomed some gust players from Thanet this week and pulled together to play a strong game. Some really noticeable improvement in all players.

This week I want to give a massive congratulations to Laura Morse. Not only has she consistently lost weight every week this season, she is also our biggest loser for September with a massive 6.2kg. You are doing so well. Keep it coming.

📢 NETBALL TEAMS WANTED – MONDAY NIGHT LEAGUE 🏐✨

Good afternoon everyone!

We currently have space for a brand-new team to join our fun and friendly Monday Night Netball League 🎉

📍 Location: Charles Dickens Secondary School, Broadstairs
🕖 Time: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
📅 When: Every Monday evening
🏐 Game Length: 3 x 12-minute quarters (36 mins total)

Over the winter months, matches will be played predominantly indoors, with the odd outdoor game when venues are busy — so you’ll stay active no matter the weather!

👥 Team size: Minimum 7–8 players (more welcome!)
💷 Cost: £20 per player per month
🦓 Umpire Fee: £10 per team per game (paid directly)

Whether you’re a group of friends, work colleagues or an established team looking for a new league — we’d love to have you join us! 🙌

Week 5

This week was all about mixing it up and having some fun. We didn’t keep score, but enjoyed an informal training session. With some lucky dip bibs to try out new positions.
