I have a slot that has become available in my timetable for another community Yoga class or a private Yoga session.
Anyone interested in a Friday morning Yoga class at 9:45am - 10:40am in Peterborough please get in touch.
I'm thinking about Yin Yoga as I currently don't have a morning Yin Yoga class. However depending on interest and demand I'm open to offering either Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga or a Yoga Flow class.

Rare sunshine on walkies yesterday. Too cold to go today we just cuddled by the fire instead. When will it be spring please folks???

Sorry for so few updates. I forgot it was half term and completely booked myself solid. It’s been great to see everyone THANK YOU all for coming. My word what a week.

On the bench selection this week so far:
💋Worst sciatic pain ever treated in history.
💋Kitchen fitter, head, shoulders, knees and toes.
💋Terribly dodgy knees
💋Long term client. Cold, stiff and fed up with outdoor work. It’s so hard for all you folks I feel your pain. Extra logs for you.
💋Teachers. Hanging in there till Easter. We salute you darling friends. Thank you for coming x
💋Shoulder x 3 different people. Bad time for shoulders.
💋Migraine. Gorgeous client. Just a top up not the return of it thankfully. Awful thing migraine.
💋Broken ankle. All fixed now needs some help.

I’m here folks. Whatever weird bit you think needs help it probably does. It came-it can go-it can stay gone. Let’s sort all these nightly pains. Let’s ease the stress and calm the mind. Let’s plan for future us, let’s be free and fell safe inside our bodies.

My not so incredibly perky face when the new kitchen starts leaking and I suddenly have a wet foot. Happy days. All will be fixed etc etc.

Woke up also to the joy of yesterday’s clients messages. Out of pain. Drastically reduced pain. And much improved pain. Seems like win win win.

THANK YOU for sending me your folks. Nothing fun AT ALL about chronic pain. It’s bad for everything. We stop doing our activities. The things we love. Become isolated. Life turns into dragging ourselves to work and doing the minimum at home. Things build up. Things spiral. Medication can help sometimes but long term we need to WINKLE OUT THE PROBLEM AND SOOTHE IT.

MY FAVOURITE. A little bit of soul soothing. In fact any of you that have visited previously know I enjoy my job way too much. Nothing better than getting to the nitty gritty crunchy bits and softening them.

Please come. Trust me. Trust Bowen. Trust the process. It’s simply incredible ###x

Work selfie of the day keep forgetting to update
ON THE BENCH THIS WEEK:
❤️Painful stuck shoulders (plaster) discharged this week after 4sessions. 100% range of shoulder movement now. Win win win bless him. Lovely man.
❤️’Nurses Back’ with a splash of added confidence. Incredible, gentle client.
❤️ Yummy Mummy Backache. From a build up of pregnancy, childbirth, carrying a weighty bundle of joy on one hip. Go for it mama.
❤️Floor specialist live his heart. Head, shoulders, knees and toes, knees and toes… monthly top up.
❤️Dodgy shoulder 2nd visit. This client previously suffered ruptured Achilles tendon. All better in the lower body following treatment, swelling has not returned.
❤️Chef body. It generally just hurts everywhere. If you know you know. Ouch.

Just a selection. Many folks visit for sensitive treatments that quietly resolve with peace and love, no fanfare required just consistency, gratitude and reawakened joy.

We’re off duty. Just until the clinic begins at 1.30 to welcome more brave resilient souls refusing to live in pain and taking action to overcome it.

Fascia binds every one of our structures together. It contains the nerve highway and is the path of every thought and movement. Pretty important.

If we can manage it, loosen and soften it, give it the fluidity it requires to perform its magnificent duty of care and support to our body, we can create great change. It’s literally the fabric of our being.

Soothe your beautiful nervous systems and calm your gentle minds darling friends and just see what follows.

A rare moment of blue sky. Forgot what it was like!!!! Could spring finally be springing??????

Had the world’s best client potentially ever today. He was springy and bouncy and lovely and maybe the best little boy I’ve ever met. Spiderman was present for the session and much of it occurred UNDER the bench instead of on the bench but really who cares. Anyone who brings that much energy and joy to a meeting will be welcome forever.

I love my job. Thank you to every single one of you for trusting me with your own bodies and your loved ones. I will really do anything to make them as comfortable and pain free as I can.
