Happy Sunday everyone. Joyful video of Starry demolishing her roast lamb. She absolutely loved it. She says NO THANK YOU to storm so and so. We are mostly staying in. Keeping warm. And eating delicious dinner. I hope everyone is safe out of the weather and staying close to home.

On duty as usual this week. Sorry for minimal updates it’s been insane with cold and damp weather hurting so many people. Plus let’s face it we ‘over do’ our lives sometimes. Body keeps the score. Ouch.

For any of my darling clients, friends or family who missed this little beauty first time round. This was my joyful face realising I was ON my Bowen journey and had passed Anatomy, Physiology and Bowen level one. I was so excited I cried all the way home from Bury St Edmonds❤️❤️❤️

This means the world to me. Bowen has saved me multiple times and it will save you too ###

All the folks I say BOOK IN FOR A MAINTENANCE SESSION every 6 weeks or so, now is the time sweet folk. New year New YOU. LETS AVOID PAIN. I’ll help you care for your body, your mental health and your soul. I’m here. I’ll help you in my own gentle way. I’ll do my best you have my word.

New year same old me!! More rubbish photos for you to enjoy! Spotted on my walk with Starry today my favourite the kingfisher! 👑

Such a treat for the senses. Freezing cold. Beautiful sunshine. Stunning wildlife. Fresh air and physical movement. Peace and quiet and my dog. All my favourites.

Do the things you love darling people. Do them as often as you can and find the joy in simple things. Care for yourselves, your nervous systems, your gut health and your sleep. List the things you love and make them a priority. While you are at it please add ‘book Bowen session’ to your list and give me a shout. I’m here. I’m dedicated to health and I will do my absolute best for you.

Many thanks to every single client, for all your recommendations, thank you for sending your husbands, wives, parents, children, extended family, neighbours and friends-it means the world to me. Thanks for all the fun and hilarity you bring, and the sensible moments too. We share it all and leave it behind on the bench.

Christmas round up darling friends, family and clients old and new. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support and love this year. The hilarious sessions we have shared. All the laughs, releasing emotion and pain, leaving it safely behind with me.

When you support a small business you are fulfilling a dream. Everything I have worked for, all the study. The travelling to gain my training and qualifications. The lives we share. My work is everything to me, there is nothing I would rather do. Thank you for being part of it.

Finally a kitchen. Oh YAYYYY it’s here!!! This was the first meal cooked in the new oven and what a treat it was indeed. Thank you for your patience, apologies for the total lack of drinks offered, the rubble, the dust. A shiny home again thank GOODNESS!

Little Star. Exhausted but happy from the long days of clients. Dedicated in her meet and greet duties but resting now with her family and very much looking forward to several pigs in blankets.

The Christmas Eve moon last night. Beautiful.
