Yoga time oh the joy. Feeling my body release the tensions of the week and gently grow in strength and calm. If you have even one minute now to spend with me, consciously drop your shoulders and breathe fully in and out.
I hope all you lovely people are finding some peace amongst the daily work, family commitments, pet duties, laundry, food shopping, food preparation, cleaning, hoovering, household maintenance, paperwork, money management, remembering to stay hydrated, eat 5 fruits, walk 10.000 steps, get some vitamin D from the sun, stay in the shade don’t burn, tend the garden, and on and on.
If I have 5 minutes between doing all that stuff. You find me here. Bending my body in the sunshine. And breathing in deeply and fully for as long as I’m able. It’s without a doubt the only way my sensitive soul revives, refreshes and remembers, I am a human being, not a human doing.
