Today at Rosehill, we say goodbye to someone who has been such an important part of Rosehill Pet and Equine Crematorium for so many years, and it truly feels like the end of an era, our one and only Miss Chloe Oliver
From the early days when the business was privately owned, through all the growth and change, you have been a constant pillar, helping to shape Rosehill into what it is today. Your dedication, care, and professionalism have always stood out, and the standards you’ve set will continue to be felt long after today.
Some may remember you in your customer-facing role, when you were the first point of contact to family’s in need, where your compassion and understanding brought comfort to these people during some of their most difficult moments, and in recent years, when you chose to step into a less prominent role as a cremator, it spoke volumes about you, and your character. It takes a special kind of person with immense strength to carry out the services we provide day to day with such dignity and respect, and with such unwavering dedication, and although it may often be behind the scenes, it is absolutely essential. The care you’ve shown in that role has meant so much, even when it hasn’t always been visible.
You are, quite simply, one of a kind. An amazing colleague who could always be relied upon, and an even better friend whose kindness, humour, and support have made even the hardest days unimaginably easier. The impact you’ve had here goes far beyond work itself but also it’s in the relationships you’ve built and the lives you’ve touched.
While we are all so incredibly sad to see you go, we’re also so pleased and proud to see you start a new chapter in your life. They are gaining someone truly special, and we have no doubt you’ll make just as much of a difference there as you have here.
It won’t be the same without you. You will be truly missed, not just for everything you’ve done, but for who you are, you are incredible.
