It’s been an amazing journey, and we truly couldn’t have done it without our wonderful team. To all of our staff, past and present, thank you for your hard work, dedication, compassion, and teamwork. We are currently looking for a caring and reliable Community Support Worker to join our team in North Shropshire.

This is a rewarding role supporting individuals in their own homes, helping them live safely, comfortably, and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing support within people’s own homes

Assisting with medication administration

Preparing and supporting with meals

Offering companionship and emotional support

Supporting daily living tasks tailored to individual needs

What we’re looking for:
A kind, patient, and professional approach

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliability and a genuine desire to help others

Walkers and drivers are both welcome to apply

Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential (training provided)

What we offer:
Competitive pay of £12.50 – £15.00 per hour

Full-time, employed position

Ongoing training and support

A friendly, supportive working environment
