A fabulous review from a lovely client of mine that had a severe fear of hights and open spaces that he felt he was going to fall backwards. We did a mixture of Hypnotherapy, Blast EMDR technique and EFT (emotional freedom technique) and he is now looking forward to his holiday and flight!!! ♥️

I hope you are keeping well?
Just thought I’d give you an update!!
We have just had a lovely weekend in Southend on Sea (of all places!); it’s been on my bucket list for a long time specifically to go down the Pier (the longest in the world!!); bearing in mind my recent fears/anxiety and in our trip to Whitby that instigated me contacting you and where I couldn’t even walk down the short, solid stone pier in Whitby, I went all the way down the 1.3 mile long pier in Southend and even (voluntarily 🤣🤣) went up the RNLI bit at the very end of the pier which was higher again. I was absolutely fine too 😄😄. To top things off Clair had bought us tickets to see the show “bat out of hell” which was in the Cliff Pavillion Theatre!! Right at the top of the cliff, and then sat in the balcony, for which we had to go up the stairs with our backs to the drop over the cliff through a full glass panoramic wall. Again fine and relaxed!! It’s a flipping miracle so far!!
Next step is our holiday flight end of September but I’m actually now quite optimistic!! You can prob see the drop at the theatre if you zoom in on the photo of the show banner??
So, thank you again so much with your help in getting me back to a good place and very optimistic of continued progress and less anxiety/fear. It really is appreciated so much thanks.

I’m just sat in the hairdressers chair reflecting on our session.

I was nervous when I arrived but very quickly trusted you and trusted the path we were travelling.

When I left ,I can only say I felt a mixture of fuzziness n relief.The fuzziness has lifted and now I feel the lightest I’ve felt in a long,long time .

To be honest I don’t really understand it but what I do know is that incredibly I feel calmer and happier already.
