The post says it all! Can't believe we've been up and running for a year. It has been a privilege being able to hear people's stories and help them at any stage of their rehabilitation journey. A big thank you to all those who have helped us along the way and we look forward to helping many more people.

It's a well known joke that people working with physios sometimes try and play:
Person "Can I play the piano now?"
Physio: "Yes, of course you can" *wondering why they think they wouldn't be able to given the intensity of their rehab sessions
Person: "crikey you must be good as, I didn't know how to before 😂"

However when this amazing lady asked if we could get them back to playing the piano they meant business! We were able to adapt their rehab plan and they have been working tirelessly ever since. Needless to say they can play the piano better than any of us now!

Rehab is more than just some exercises and a pep talk. It's about forming a connection and helping people get back to the things that bring them joy in their lives. Everyone has different goals and things that are important to them. If you or your loved one need help getting back after an injury, a bit of help managing a long term condition or just rediscovering the things that brought you joy we are here to help and answer any questions you might have.
