💬"My nan was recently discharged from hospital following a full hip replacement. She has always been an independent lady so did not like the idea of carers. The care support workers at Salopian Care were fantastic. They allowed my nan to continue being as independent as possible and just supported her in areas she was unable to do.

The carers were always happy, smiley and polite and would never leave nan until they knew she was safe. They would never hesitate to contact the family if they had any concerns. Would 100% use Salopian Care again and would always be my first recommendation. Well done to all the team."

In the care sector, it’s especially important to look after ourselves while we look after others. 💚

Here are a few simple ways to help manage stress:
✨ Take short breaks throughout your day
✨ Talk to someone you trust – you’re not alone
✨ Get fresh air and move your body, even for 10 minutes
✨ Focus on what you can control, not what you can’t
✨ Make time for something you enjoy
