Did you know that A THIRD OF ALL CHILDREN STRUGGLE WITH CONSTIPATION?

It doesn't mean you're a bad parent, your child is eating the wrong things or they're being lazy. It's a common medical condition which some of us are just prone to - even babies.

Half term already!
It's the perfect time to put that drinking routine in place.
The colder weather often results in a reduction in drinking in our little ones, which then often leads to constipation and / or wetting.
Try to start a good drinking routine at home this week, and then discuss this with your childs school next week, to try to ensure the routine stays in place.
There are just a few spaces left for appointments this week, so drop me a message if you have any questions or if you would like more information.

Kelly is a specialist children's nurse who helps children and young adults with bladder and bowel problems. It was lovely working with her and even though she is in England and I'm in the USA we didn't have any problems at all with the distance!
