Energy restoration is equally important in your yoga practice as developing focus, strength, and flexibility.
More often than not, you will benefit from taking some time to restore your energy before some strength work.
10-15 minutes of yogic breathing will allow your mind to soften and transform your practice into meditation.
Did you know why we practice yoga asana?
Asana, in other words, a yoga position, means a seat to meditate. A position in which you can breathe deeply, remain calm, and enter the deeper realms of your being through meditation.
Asana is a tool where you use your body to 'reach' your mind and go beyond.
At Hamsa Studio, our focus is on the mind, the breath, and the body. None is more important than the other, and none is neglected.
Hence, your work is slow but steady.
Don't forget that practice makes the master!
