Haircuts, homework, meal prep, errands… sometimes it feels like there’s no time to breathe. And yet, even a few minutes just for yourself can make all the difference. 💛
1️⃣ Step outside for 10 minutes
Barefoot at home, shoes on at work, just big belly breaths and a moment to watch the sky or people pass by.
2️⃣ Massage your temples, jaw & ears
A simple 5-minute release around the vagus nerve tells your body it’s safe to relax.
3️⃣ Essential oils
Lavender, cedarwood, frankincense, orange, bergamot, ylang ylang, a few slow breaths and your body thanks you.
4️⃣ Foot baths
10 minutes with Epsom salts, petals, or oils, tension melts away, magnesium restores calm. I need to thank
5️⃣ Scalp massage
Ask your partner, friend, or give yourself a gentle massage, regulates your heart rate and soothes your mind.
We all run on different settings, but stress is universal. These are my ways to find a pause in the noise… what’s yours? 💛
