On visiting our new client, K, this morning, we received genuinely positive feedback from both K and his son.
They spoke highly of the team supporting him, describing them as caring, attentive, and willing to go beyond the basics. Importantly, they said this felt very different from Kβs previous provider, where care felt like working through a checklist rather than truly supporting the person.
They valued that our team take the time to support K properly in his day-to-day life and around his home, and that he feels genuinely well looked after.
