A trip to one of our favourite locations this afternoon, Launde Abbey. If you've never been give it a try, they have a tea room, lovely gardens and it's peaceful and very relaxing we always enjoy visiting. The chickens didn't come with us, they just were enjoying the view in our garden on the bench, they must be able to see further from there!!

Look at our Amaryllis, now we don't like to boast but we have 6 flowers and another 2 to bloom. Usually we are delighted with 2 flowers but this Amaryllis is the best we've ever had and we are getting such joy from it, especially in this weather!!

Yippieeee our amaryllis is finally blooming, we have 5 flowers on it!! Plus Paul has sent his letter off to West Ham United with a photo and letter telling them about our Cockerell who is also called West Ham, it just so happens to be Paul's favourite football team.
