Here’s how to keep it Slimming World–friendly without feeling like you’re missing out:

🍳 On-plan cooked breakfast ideas
Eggs – fried (using Frylight), scrambled, poached… all Free 💛

Grilled bacon – trim the fat
Slimming World sausages or low-syn ones

Grilled tomatoes & mushrooms – pile them high 🍅🍄

Baked beans – measure for Speed
Spinach or onions for extra Speed

Wow, really on it today 👏

Coffee and toast catch up with lovely friend who has moved to the area- it must have been the toast powering a 2,000 metre swim

Followed by a jacket potato with cheese and beans (really needed it)

Spent the day at in Corby today with Sonia & Sharon - great day chatting to lots of members from surrounding areas,. I've loved filling the freezers too and facing up the shelves 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Just another day in January where life us good 👍

S o enjoying the new plan and love that i'm finding new foods on the shelves everyday and so are my members!!! 1100m swim at Everyone Active followed by Jacket potato 🥔 with cheese 🧀 😋
