A moment of joy in our studio! Teachers who are friends, customers who are like family. 💚

Thank you to everyone who joins us on the mat. To our regulars who show up week after week. To those who tried yoga for the first time and stayed. To the mamas who come with little ones in tow. To anyone who's ever felt nervous walking up those stairs but have soon realised what a friendly bunch we are!

Join Luna for a nurturing, restorative workshop designed to calm your nervous system, quiet the mind, and gently reconnect you with your body.

We’ll begin with a heart-opening meditation, followed by a soothing sound journey using Tibetan bowls, gong and chimes, a subtle, immersive experience to help you slow down, soften, and reset.

Hatha Yoga is a traditional, “old school” style of practice that brings you back to the roots of yoga. It focuses on exploring postures in depth, helping you build strength, flexibility and understanding through a steady, balanced approach.

🧘‍♀️ How is it taught?
This open level class combines sustained poses with a strong focus on alignment and therapeutic principles. You may begin with some gentle movement to warm the body, before moving into held postures that allow time to refine technique and awareness. Expect a supportive atmosphere with a few fun challenges along the way.

💚 Who is it for?
Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. Ideal for anyone wanting to slow down, deepen their practice and build a strong foundation in yoga.

Want Fridays to start with a bang? Our Wake Up & Flow class is the perfect way to end the week, a dynamic blend of hatha and vinyasa that elevates your heart rate, clears the cobwebs, and sends you into the last day of the working week with energy to spare.

We also have lots of classes running across the day and into the evening, so whether you're an early bird, a lunchtime mover, or an after-work escaper, there's a class for you.

Functional Pilates is a strength-based class designed to improve mobility, balance and overall body control. It focuses on helping you move better in everyday life with confidence and ease.

🧘‍♀️ How is it taught?
Expect a mix of functional movements such as squats, lunges, pulls, presses and hinges using light weights and resistance bands. Pilates matwork is woven throughout to support spinal health and joint mobility, creating a well-rounded and effective session.

💚 Who is it for?
Suitable for all levels, including those new to Pilates. Ideal for anyone looking to build strength, improve movement quality and feel more capable in everyday activities.

Our Part 1 course, Standing Postures, is a wonderful way to properly learn the foundations of yoga in a warm, supportive small group setting.

Over one afternoon, in this first part of the beginner's course, we will be exploring the fundamental aspects of what yoga is about, exploring:

•⁠ ⁠An Overview of The 8 Limbs of Hatha Yoga
•⁠ ⁠Key Principles for Maintaining Safety While Practising Yoga (Yama)
•⁠ ⁠Anatomical Terms for Movement & Alignment
•⁠ ⁠The 7 Key Foundational Yoga Poses
•⁠ ⁠A Hatha Yoga class
•⁠ ⁠Breath and Movement (Vinyasa)
•⁠ ⁠Sun Salutation and its variation
•⁠ ⁠A Mini Sound Bath

And all at a pace that allows you to actually understand what you're doing and why.
