Welcoming the wisdom of autumn

Join me at my home studio this coming equinox, as we look at practical ways we can boost our immune system at this time of change of the seasons.

The class will use Yoga, yin Yoga and meditation to bring sacred space where we can celebrate the abundance that autumn brings.

The workshop is on Saturday 21st of September, from 9.30 to 12 o’clock with the opportunity to chat with your fellow yogis with refreshments afterwards. Please message me if you would like to join us.

Create your vision for 2024

Join me to reflect on our achievements and experiences in 2023, and to lay foundations for our dreams to become manifest in 2024. I’m offering a workshop to help bring wise and supportive structure in to our lives, guided by the new moon in Capricorn.

Date is 13th January, Venue is at my home studio, 9.30 – 12.00 followed by refreshments, £36.

Full Moon time … 🌟

🌕 Aries is the first sign of the zodiac, so this full moon is like a new beginning, an opportunity to take action and set out your stall for the coming 12 months - but maybe working internally and introspectively rather than brazenly strutting your stuff, as the full moon is the peak of the lunar cycle, and a time for letting go 🌟

🌕 Now would be a good time to dig deep and start to build self reliance and self-confidence, to ready yourself to make heartfelt intentions for when the next new moon comes around 🌟

🌕Meanwhile focus on surrender 🌟

🌓 Releasing fear, anger, blame and all other negative emotions (whether caused by yourself or by others) is cathartic, and brings forgiveness if we truly want to give or receive it. 🌟

🌓 Write down on small pieces of paper what it is you want to release…

🌓 This could be an emotion, for example fear, or a personir relationship, or an event in your life, for example “I forgive ??? for lying to me about …”

🌓 Now find a 🔥fire-proof🔥 bowl or receptacle, or use a barbecue or fire pit, and in a safe place, carefully burn each piece of paper.

🌓As you do this focus on feeling cleansed and uplifted. Feel freedom from the burdens you’ve been carrying.

🌓Then when only cold ash remains, commit the ashes to the cleansing power of the universe, so that they can be transformed for the highest good. (Disposing of them responsibly)

🌓Reflect on this ceremony and see if you feel lighter. Take a little time to process by meditating on peace and harmony.

🌓 What will you let go of, or surrender to the Universe this full moon? 🙏🌟🌓
