Last night’s Circle of Transformation felt truly magical ✨

It continues to amaze me how powerful an online space can be—how distance and the lack of physical presence don’t separate us in the way we might expect. If anything, when the space is held with intention, something deeper opens.

Last night we moved through some very tender, deep wounds. For me personally, I’ve been exploring my Chiron in Ta**us, and it felt almost surreal how strongly those themes came forward in the circle—especially with the Sun having just moved into Ta**us.
Self-worth. Security. How we treat our bodies. The ways we tie our value to our work. Feeling safe.

There was such a powerful presence held throughout the space—a weaving of divine feminine and masculine energies, a sense of being supported, witnessed, and held by something greater, and by each other. Deep transformation. Deep healing. The kind that feels like it reaches into our DNA and gently begins to rewrite what’s been held there for so long.

What always moves me most is the way we reflect each other. When one person shares, it opens something in another. Layers unfold. Truth ripples through the group. This is the power of coming together in circle—it amplifies everything.

We are now at circle four of nine, which feels both grounding and a little surreal. I’ll be honest, working online still brings up some nerves for me. The technology, the unknowns… it can feel more vulnerable than being in person. But each time, I’m reminded that it isn’t a barrier. The connection still comes through. The work still happens.

And last night was a beautiful reminder of that.

I feel deeply grateful—to everyone who showed up with such openness, to the space we created together, and to myself for continuing to show up and hold it.

Feeling a little tired, a little raw, and very full ✨

I’ve been sitting with such a lovely feeling after our plant medicine circle on Wednesday, I wanted to share a little reflection 🌿

This past month, I’ve been journeying with cleavers, and what’s really stayed with me is how gently her medicine unfolds. Not in one big moment, but slowly… over time… building a relationship.

One of the biggest surprises for me has been the energy she brings. Since drinking the tea, I’ve felt this steady, quiet vitality — and with it, a real urge to clear and declutter. My home, my mind, my work… it feels like she’s been softly making space on every level, so something new can come in. So aligned with this spring energy.

After my first journey, I had the most beautiful dream of being lovingly cleansed — these tiny, soft, round beings moving over my body, clearing what wasn’t needed. The next day, I realised… cleavers. Those little seeds that cling to everything. It felt like such a clear expression of her spirit and her way of working.

That same feeling came through in the circle. There was such a lightness, a gentle joy, like being taken back to those long, sunny childhood days. That soft, tingling aliveness moving through us all.

And the new space at it felt so special. Being surrounded by plants, with that beautiful scent rising up from below, it really felt like we could all breathe more deeply together.

Thank you so much for being part of it 🤍 It was a like a really special gathering.

Last night’s Circle of Transformation was absolutely beautiful ✨💗

A few days ago, as I tuned into the energies for this circle, I heard the words “from fear to love” and saw soft pink and green light… I knew we would be working deeply with the heart 🌿💞

As I connected further with what was needed, the presence of Mother Mary came in so gently, guiding the space.

Earlier in the day, I had been noticing some procrastination within myself. When I paused and asked why, I realised I was feeling overwhelmed — the task ahead felt too big. The answer was simple: break it down into micro steps.

And this is what these circles are truly about…
Giving ourselves the space to pause, to breathe, to drop into the heart 💗
To gently release what is ready to be let go of
And to listen inwardly for the next steps towards more joy and happiness ✨

For me, those micro steps came through around my garden 🌱
My vision of joy is always there — in the garden, either alone or shared.

Yesterday, it was simply about cutting back the honeysuckle… focusing on one small part, just as in Japanese gardening practices.
Creating space, revealing what’s beneath, and then pausing to observe what wants to come next 🌿

We were all held in the most beautiful white, pink, and green light 🤍💗💚
Supported by Mother Mary, Lady Nada, and Kuan Yin, with Sekhmet overseeing the space 🔥

I am really enjoying these circles…
Feeling into what is needed each time, and trusting what wants to come through.

While online spaces can feel a little clunky at first, distance truly doesn’t matter.
There is something so special about being in your own cosy space, allowing yourself to soften and fully drop into the heart 🕯️💞

Even though the weather’s turned cold again for the moment, and the wind is blowing a gale and making us feel as though we don’t want to go outside, I felt the pull to go on a short spring walk.

Enough to soften the mind.
Enough to return to a place of peace within.

Spring is here, and nature is waking up.

The dandelions are beginning to shine through — little suns bringing strength and a reminder of the light of summer yet to come.
Comfrey and burdock are rising. Cleavers is already in abundance (so much sticky w**d everywhere!).
And the Red Dead Nettle… such a small plant, yet so intricate, so full of life.

I’ve been fascinated by it since I was a child — lying flat on the grass, propped up on my elbows, face inches away, just watching.
So much detail. So much happening in something so easily overlooked.

I was chuckling to myself, reading the information board about all the creatures that live beneath the surface — and one in particular stood out… the wonderfully named Devil’s coach horse.

There is so much life here. So much to notice.

Even in a small park in Market Harborough, there is an entire world unfolding — and it fills me with joy, energy, and a deep sense of connection to it all.

It’s inspired me to organise a gentle spring walk in May, when everything has burst into abundance…

We are living in a time of great polarity, a time where so much is falling away. Institutions, structures, ways of working, ways of being—old habits that no longer serve us—are collapsing. Many of these patterns have been quietly making our bodies unwell and our minds heavy.

This circle is an invitation to return to your true self. To come back into your heart. To move from the frequency of fear into love, and to find balance again.

We gather just after the equinox—a sacred moment of transition. A threshold. Not only a point of balance, but a doorway into new beginnings. A time to release what has been and to step into what is ready to emerge.

As we move from Pisces into Aries, a new astrological cycle begins. Aries brings the fire of initiation, of action, of life force. Combined with the energy of this fire horse year, things may feel like they are accelerating, quickening.

And yet, this is exactly why we must slow down.

Slow down enough to listen.
To feel.
To hear what your soul is truly asking of you.

This is a potent time to plant seeds for the future—not from the mind, but from the heart.

As always, this circle is here to offer you space.
Space to pause.
Space to connect.
Space to rest in the loving presence of the divine.

From this place, you can consciously choose your next steps, and begin to shape the path ahead with intention.

Last night’s Plant Circle was truly beautiful 🌼

We gathered in a new venue and when I first arrived the energy of the space felt a little unsettled. So chamomile and I walked around the room singing a little song of play and lightness, inviting in the plant spirits and gently shifting the energy.

By the time everyone arrived the space felt warm, welcoming, and alive.

It was such a joyful circle. People came in full of enthusiasm and many said how much they had missed the gatherings while I’d taken a little break from them. It felt like a lovely reminder from spirit of how important these circles are.

Our plant ally for the evening was chamomile.

I’ve always found chamomile an interesting plant to work with because Roman and German chamomile feel so different energetically. Roman chamomile carries a gentle, uplifting, loving presence, while German chamomile feels stronger and more forceful to me.

Sitting deeply with its medicine revealed something beautiful — chamomile has the energy of a loving parent with an overtired child insisting they’re not tired… until they fall asleep being carried to bed. It cools heat, softens irritation, and gently brings us back into balance.

There were so many giggles last night. Everyone dropped out of their busy minds and their inner child came out to play.

Chamomile brought memories of summer days, sunshine on the face, and even the smell of freshly cut hay — which somehow led to a lot of laughter about silage.

We crafted, remembered the ways we used to play as children, and felt the joy of that playful spirit returning.

I’m so grateful to the plant spirits and to everyone who came. It’s such a gift to explore the wisdom of the plants together in this way 🌿✨

Nature is so magical ✨🌳💦

The mists rolled in and the golden light made it looks like the heavenly realms. It was breathtaking. I am so grateful to have experienced it.

The natural world always fills my cup when I am depleted and when it’s already full it overflows and I shine love out into the universe as it all flows through me.

✨ Dark Goddess Mysteries – One Week Later ✨

This time last week we were in the middle of the Dark Goddess Mysteries workshop… and somehow it’s already been a whole week. My heart is so full.
I’m feeling deeply grateful for everyone who came, and for Georgina and Sal — your beautiful offerings were such a gift to take part in. I received so much from the day myself.

One of the highlights for me was the water scrying in the Hekate part of the day. I absolutely loved it — the way the light played across the water and the bowl, it was mesmerising. I could have gazed for hours. It’s something I want to do more of.

The day went by so quickly. Journeying into the depths with Sedna felt peaceful, safe, and powerful. With Hekate, I found a creative space of choice and clarity for the path ahead. And then Kali brought her fierce transformational energies, turning what I released into a force I can use to shape new beginnings.

For me, that energy is moving straight into my healing: continuing this journey with rheumatoid arthritis, rebuilding strength in my body and mind, and expanding my offerings — more herbal wisdom, more magical sharings, more of the work I love as I grow and learn.

Another big theme that came up for me was time. It slips through my fingers like sand. I am easily distracted and when working with plants, beautiful souls and cosmic energies I lose all sense of time and space.

While I love this so much I need to create time and space for the needs of my body too, as I seem to forget the needs of the physical when I have my head in the spiritual. I am shaping my life to have more balance ⚖️ It’s time 🌿✨
