We have some mixed level matwork sessions Monday and Tuesday, then Thursday a 9am stretching session and a 10am fun 12 days of Xmas class 🤦‍♀️🤣🎄

It is a bargain £5 and we are doing some strengthening work.

Well we have two weeks left of Harborough Pilates’s this year.

This week I’ve a few spaces due to people being away etc so book in if you are interested:

Spaces are Monday 9am and 11am
Tuesday 10am and Thursday 10am all Harborough Community Church
And there are some spaces Monday night at 6pm Market Harborough Squash, Padel Tennis & Racketball Club
