I’ve got some space in my 12 noon class on Tuesdays at Harborough Community Church.
This session is a slower session, doing the basic Pilates movements and is particularly good if you are in the slightly older age range or have a few multiple joint problems.
I’m a qualified physio so I can take into account any issues you have and find exercises to work around these.
It’s a friendly group - we aim to have a giggle and support each other along our Pilates journey.
