With my training and personal experiences I adapt and approach my work in a calm and sensitive manner to benefit

the needs of clients. Passionately believing that a good treatment, therapy, counselling or well-being relationships are important, and that building trust is fundamental to the relationship and process. V Positive is a confidential holistic treatment, therapy and listening service, we are passionate about supporting people to make positive changes in their life. we use a person-centred approach and will support you to find your own empowerment and autonomy which will enable you to make changes in your life improve your feelings of wellbeing and outlook. If you wish to make changes in your life, relax, feel calmer, more confident, and maybe less down, improve your mindset or just have a little bit of you time then V positive could help you with this.
