☆Yoga☆SUP☆SUP Yoga☆Kayak ☆Retreats☆Meditation☆Holistic Therapies I have nearly two decades of experience in the wellbeing world and it is my passion to guide clients towards holistic harmony, nurturing mind, body and spirit

along the way. I am trained in an array of therapeutic practices some of these being reiki, diverse massage techniques, beauty therapy, spa therapy, crystal healing, meditation and yoga, I embrace wellness with a multifaceted approach creating bespoke treatments and experiences that reflect your aims, goals and needs. Venturing beyond the confines of traditional therapies my passion for the natural world (and being a complete water baby!) led me to become a certified paddle sports instructor, intertwining the serenity of water with mindfulness of movement through paddleboarding and kayaking. I am excited to be one of the few instructors of Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga in the UK. By melding the serenity of yoga with the gentle rhythm of the water, I invite you to explore a new dimension of inner peace and physical vitality which is suitable for all even with no SUP OR yoga experience! As well as working one to one and offering regular group classes I create bespoke events for groups such as staff wellbeing and incentives, groups of friends, hen parties, special birthdays etc whether it is a private group yoga session or paddleboard hire or a half or full day retreat with lunch it is my pleasure to curate the perfect event with you. With each interaction, I aim to inspire those around me to embrace a lifestyle filled with balance, peace, and boundless happiness.

💚The theme for this event is EARTH and will be reflected in both the ambience and the yoga practice focusing on POSTURES, BREATHWORK, MEDITATION, MUDRA and CRYSTAL SOUND BOWL. Savasana includes SOOTHING aromatherapy essential oil inhalations and pressure points on the forehead.
