Dear clients,
I do hope these last 3 months haven't been too difficult for you. I know it has been a struggle and a worrying time for some people. It is important to look after your mental wellbeing as well as your physical health.
I have been preparing a checklist following guidelines to provide a clean and safe environment for clients to feel relaxed and well looked after.
Reflexology can benefit you both emotionally and physicaly by promoting natural healing of the body, mind and spirit. It can help the body relax in order to release tensions held in your muscles, organs and glands.
I am so looking forward to getting back to work, welcoming new and old clients hopefully in July (4th earliest) when we get permission to practise again.
In the mean time, take good care of yourselves.

Tealby school pamper/ladies evening on Wednesday 11th of May 6pm-9pm , reflexology, reiki, 7 pounds for 20 minutes and mini treatments by Holly nails painted,eyebrows and eyelash tinting 6 pounds for 15 minutes. come along and have a glass of fizz. I have completed my enhancing and maternity care course and taking clients who are wanting reflexology to help to conceive. There is a lot of strong evidence of research that reflexology has enhanced fertility, it helps to balance hormones that are responsible for producing, , stimulates the immune system, improves stress relief which increase your own body neurochemical changes which can help with regulating ovulation.
