Good morning 💕
With how groups fall this year for Christmas 🎄and New Year 🥂(how rude😂) a slight adjustment had to be made. Please see below

CHRISTMAS 🎄

🎄Nettleton group will run on Monday 23rd December at 9.30am
🎄Market Rasen groups with myself will now run on Monday 23rd with weigh & go options from 8am-9.30am and then again from 4.30pm-6pm

NEW YEAR 🥂

🥂Nettleton will run Monday 30th at 9.30am
🥂Market Rasen groups will run Monday 30th with weigh & go from 9am-10am

Saturday group with Sharon will run as normal each week as it doesn’t fall on a holiday date

ALL GROUPS with myself will run as normal from week commencing 6th Jan xx

I along with my members love that this isn’t a diet ! Why would you think that when you can eat burger & chips , chilli, lasagne etc but just cooked the SW way .

I’ve had members reverse type 2 diabetes, go on to have major surgery needed by losing weight , have long waited for babies . The list is endless and those smiles in group say everything . So why not join me and those fab members each week

Won’t say it will always be easy , but will say it will be worth it ! Truth of the matter is that there is so much you can eat, it’s how you cook it that’s key and this is a lifestyle change , not a quick fix . I’d love to show you how & if you want to become a slimmer, healthier version of you then all you need to do is join a Slimming World group near you 💕

I celebrate every woman or man that walks through my doors of Slimming World but this week was extra special where members voted for the Woman they felt inspired them most for 2024. There was tears but all happy ones as to how much SW has changed their lives even better that some were for the first time speechless 😂. It’s not just weight-loss but the health benefits too. So proud of every member but these ladies between them have lost 14 stone and inspire their fellow slimmers that are now their friends too . Proud consultant moment xx
