I just want to say a huge thank you to every single one of you. I may not be your permanent consultant, but I genuinely love you all as if you were my own group and I am so incredibly proud of what you’ve achieved this year 🥰

Between us we’ve handed out so many awards, lost over an amazing 136 stone, and shared countless laughs along the way. You’ve shown commitment, kindness, support for each other and real determination, and it’s been a joy to be part of your journey.

Thank you for welcoming me, trusting me, and making every session such a pleasure. You really are a special group.
