Recently a few of you have been asking about these amazing medicine tools, so I’ve decided to put together a small intimate workshop where you can create your own Chakapa rattle.

This will be a guided but intuitive day working with sacred eucalyptus, intention, spirit connection and heart medicine.

My new offering ‘Sacred Drum & Bone Ritual’ is also available as a community offering can be gently adapted to change that.
A ceremonial experience where a woman is wrapped gently in sacred fabric, surrounded by the love of her community, held through drum, ritual, blessing, sound, song and sacred unbinding.
A space to soften
To release
To be witnessed
To feel supported, honoured and deeply cared for during the moments that change us most.

🤎Sacred Drum & Bone Ritual A New Offering & Teaching🤎

As a sacred drum maker and carrier of this wisdom, I have been swaddling women in treatment blankets for many years. But after following and her work for such a long time, I finally felt called to book onto her course.

What I love most about Sophie is that she teaches the same way I teach rooted, embodied and most importantly ‘here are the tools make it your own’ 💫
And Sacred Drum & Bone has become exactly that.
A two-hour ceremonial journey of ritual, wrapping, shamanic drumming, chakapa rattle blessing and sacred unbinding.
