EDUCATION VIDEO 2 — Aftercare for KORE Therapy

To get the most out of your KORE Therapy treatment, how you care for your body over the next 24–48 hours makes a big difference. Here’s what I recommend:

🧊 Flush out toxins
During treatment, we encourage the body to release toxins — so it’s important to drink plenty of water to help flush them out.

🔥 Use heat
Applying warmth to the neck and lower back (hot water bottle or heat patch) helps keep the muscles relaxed and ease any discomfort.

🚫 Avoid alcohol
Your body is already eliminating toxins — alcohol will slow the process down.

💪 Avoid heavy lifting & strenuous exercise
That includes heavy housework and gardening too! The body needs time to realign and reset.

🧘‍♀️ Rest & allow adjustment
Your body will continue adjusting for up to 48 hours post-treatment, so try to include some calm and relaxation during this time. This helps you really feel the benefits of your session.

EDUCATION VIDEO 1 — Why Do I Use Cupping in KORE Therapy?

I often get asked during a KORE Therapy treatment: “Why do I need cupping?”

When clients come in for their first session, they’re often in pain — their spine can feel stuck, tight and restricted, and using Tuina massage alone may sometimes be a little uncomfortable.

That’s where cupping comes in.

Cupping helps to:
🔹 Encourage the spine to relax
🔹 Ease stiffness & restriction
🔹 Prepare the body for deeper work

Once the spine has softened through cupping, I can then use Tuina massage and gentle manipulation to help the body realign and move back to where it needs to be.

It’s all about working with the body — not against it. 🌿

In today’s KORE Therapy session, we used kinesiology to help this lovely client get to the root cause of her pain ✨
Through muscle testing, we assessed her walking gait and discovered a cranial imbalance.

By rebalancing the cranial system, we were able to reset her body and support natural healing — helping her feel lighter, aligned and so much better 💫
