Are you suffering with menopausal symptoms. If i may have the answer. The menopause massage supports with the symptoms and can help to elevate them.
During the massage i will use pressure points which help with they symptoms. This is not a one time fix but can help.

We can also add a little bit of accupunture to help if required

These qualifications just keep on coming another one in the bag. Tonight was my final night at college studying level 3 vtct sports massage. All passed and fully qualified. This had been the hardest one for me to get to grips with.
