Give yourself the gift of peace this Christmas… 🎅🎁

Join me for a very special sound bathing experience reflecting on the year just passed.

Enjoy a cup of relaxation tea created by the wonderful whilst we use the singing bowls to perform a ritual - a reflective practice centred around learning from the past so that we can move towards a better version of ourselves in 2026.

We will then be immersed in the soothing sounds of the instruments.The sounds that you will hear during the session will allow you to enter a deeper meditative state, supporting you in quieting the outside world and connecting within.

Finish off the evening with festive treats and a space to rest and relax before the madness of Christmas begins.

As the leaves turn and the nights draw in, join us for a Candlelit Sound Bath - a calming escape from the outside world, wrapped in warmth and gentle stillness.

What’s included in this autumn evening of self-care:
🍂 A guided meditation to ground you
🍁 A 60-minute sound bath beneath soft candlelight
🍰 Your pick of a hot drink & slice of cake from our seasonal menu
🧡 A chance to slow down, connect, and simply be in a serene setting

🕯️ Date: Tuesday 11th November
🌙 Time: 6:30pm – 8:30pm
🪷 Location: The Wild Lotus Coffee House, Hinckley
👛 Cost: £25 per person

In the gentle glow of candlelight, surrounded by the comforting ambiance of the cosy coffee house—think warm drinks, soft blankets, and autumnal stillness.

Seasonal treats from the menu include:
All your favourite coffees (flat white, latte, cappuccino, americano), a full range of black and herbal teas, and a tempting array of cakes—vegan and gluten-free options available.

What to bring for a cosy evening:
🧦 Snuggly socks or slippers
🧣 Comfy, layered clothing
🍂 Yoga mat, blanket & pillow

Take a midweek pause and melt into deep relaxation with a 60-minute sound bath. Let the soothing vibrations reset your mind, body, and spirit.

Hosted at the serene studio of nestled in the peaceful grounds of Ash House, Quorn 🌿

After the session, stay for tea & treats before heading home🍵🍪

The details:

📍Ash House, Quorn, Loughborough LE12 8UE
📅 Wednesday 26th November, 6.30pm - 8.00pm
👛 Cost - £20.00 per person

I will provide yoga mats, please bring a blanket and pillow.

This evening is designed to help you feel rested and nurtured as you are held in sacred sound. A perfect way to start the new week.

Make time and space for yourself, and journey within 🙏💕

Venue: Stanton under Bardon village hall
Time - 7.00pm - 8.45pm
Cost - £15.00 per person

We always finish the evening with hot drinks, homemade treats and a chance to relax before you float away home 🧘‍♀️

Please bring with you:

💫 Warm & comfy clothes
🌜 Yoga mat, pillow & blanket
🌚 Travel mug (if you would like a hot drink)
✨Socks/slippers (body temperature can drop)

I do have yoga mats but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
