Sakala Sanctuary is more than a space , it’s an energy. Founded by the truly lovely Helen, Sakala holds a rare kind of magic, a place where people are welcomed exactly as they are, where healing is gentle, and where community is woven with care, intention, and heart.

I feel deeply proud to be part of the Sakala family. To share energy within a sanctuary that so clearly honours presence, compassion, and conscious living is a gift. Helen’s vision has created a home for slowing down, softening, and remembering what it feels like to be held , by the space, by the practices, and by one another.

Every Friday at 10am, I offer a class at Sakala that mirrors this ethos beautifully. Expect a nurturing blend of breathwork, gentle mindful flow, and a deeply restorative Reiki-infused Savasana. The practice is slow, grounding, and accessible, designed to soothe the nervous system, reconnect you to your breath, and bring you back into your body with kindness.

Billingshurst Women’s Hall was originally created as a safe, supportive space for women to gather, connect, learn and grow together. Over the years, it’s held stories, conversations, laughter and community and that spirit still lives here.

Today, I love that this beautiful hall now welcomes everyone.
Men, women, all ages, all bodies, all levels.

My classes here are gentle, friendly and inclusive.
