I’ve got my first reffing game of the season on Sunday 😬🏉🙏🫶🏼
Getting in some recovery from Monday and Tuesday’s resistance work 💪
Long zone 2 run tomorrow morning (early)
Then activations and intervals before lunch .
Then rugby training with the boys in the evening 🏉.
