Getting in some recovery from Monday and Tuesday’s resistance work 💪

Long zone 2 run tomorrow morning (early)

Then activations and intervals before lunch .

Then rugby training with the boys in the evening 🏉.

I’ve just done day 1 of the 6 day work out plan for the summer and it’s tough 💪😲.

Day 1 is normally Monday which is lifting .

Day 1
Easy cardio 5 mins
Dynamic stretching 5 mins
1. Lat pull downs (RPE 7) 15reps
2. Goblet squat (RPE 7) 15reps
3. Press ups on knees (50secs)
4. Sit ups with open legs (50secs)
5. BOR (RPE 7) (50secs)
6. Walking lunge (RPE 6) (50secs)
7. Dumbbell Shoulder flex (RPE 7) (50secs)
8. Quad curl (RPE 7) 50 secs
9. Farmers walk (RPE 7) 50 secs
10. Thrusters (RPE 6) 50 secs
Static stretching 5 mins
Finish

Day 2
Dynamic stretching 5 mins
Easy short run 🏃‍♂️
