Support Worker – Fabeliz Services Ltd (Marlborough Area)

Location: Marlborough and surrounding areas
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible hours
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

About Us:
Fabeliz Services Ltd is a professional domiciliary care agency providing high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in and around the Marlborough area. We are dedicated to supporting people to live independently and with dignity in their own homes.

Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team. You will provide essential care and support to service users, ensuring their wellbeing, safety, and comfort at all times.

Main Responsibilities:
• Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, continence, etc.)
• Supporting clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, shopping, and medication
• Promoting independence and encouraging engagement in community activities
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns

Requirements:
• Previous experience in care (preferred but not essential – full training provided)
• A caring and patient attitude
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have the right to work in the UK
• A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is desirable
