What is a remedial massage?

Remedial massage focuses on calming the central nervous system while encouraging the muscles to release tension and reduce pain.

Deep tissue massage isn’t about “beating your muscles into submission” or following a “no pain, no gain” approach.

I often liken it to holding your hand over a flame, your body doesn’t thank you for pushing into pain. Instead, we work with your body and not against it, creating comfort, ease, and real change.

My goal is that you walk out feeling freer, more at ease in your body, with a greater sense of mobility.
