✨REIKI MEDITATION & LIVE PIANO EVENT ✨

🧡I’m so excited to be hosting a powerful evening of Reiki Meditation, Chakra Cleansing and deep relaxation with live music from the incredible Jess Faber, a London based classical pianist and composer. 🧘‍♀️🎼

Classically trained at the Guildhall and fresh from scoring numerous short films and releasing her debut single ‘At Last’ on Spotify, Jess has written an original piece especially for this event! 🎶

I’ll guide you gently through a full body Reiki Meditation and deep Chakra Cleanse, then during deep relaxation, Jess will play her composition live, taking us musically through each Chakra, from the root to the crown, leaving everyone feeling beautifully cleansed, balanced and joyful!

We will close the evening with a chance to gather and chat over warm, lightly spiced apple juice from the local orchard
-perfectly in tune with the season! 🍎

One year ago today, my beautiful youngest sister Rose passed away.
She may no longer be here in the physical world, but I still feel her love around me every day.
I miss her so much, we all do:
✨The regular parcels in the post (that always contained amongst other things, Chocolate!)
✨Her book and film recommendations,
✨Discussing ‘Strictly’ with her
✨Her regular, weekly messages that she always signed off with “love you lots and lots ❤️”

Through my Reiki practice, I’ve come to understand that love doesn’t end. Our loved ones don’t leave us — their energy simply changes form. The bond remains.
If you’re grieving too, be gentle with yourself. Let the waves come and go. And know that love is never lost.
