The first Empower Your Healing Voice of 26 kicked off last night and what a beautiful start !

There is something incredibly special that happens when women come together with open hearts, courage, and a shared willingness to listen inward. From this very first session , the space feels very safe, warm, and alive with possibility.

So many beautiful intentions were shared Longings for confidence, freedom, truth, connection, joy… and the desire to be more fully heard, both by others and by oneself.

It is such an honour to walk beside women like this. To witness the tenderness, the strength, and the love that already lives in their voices.
I can’t wait to support them as they continue this journey of opening, remembering, and empowering their voices… Raawwrr ! 💪🏼🙌🏼💜

There was a lot of tuning fork action this weekend ! Wonderful tools and protocols for using the weighted forks with a range of conditions … and an improvised Soundbath with the handpan , flute and rectangular gongs at the end 💜

A long way to go yet, but I’ve fallen in love with this beautiful instrument and it’s gorgeous meditative feel. I can’t wait to practice more and bring it into my sound healing offerings soon. 💕🎶

I’ve always felt drawn to growth. To learning, travelling, trying new things, and staying a student of the world.

Working with people in therapy and healing, especially through sound, feels inseparable from that commitment. To support others, I believe we have to keep listening, keep learning, and keep allowing ourselves to be shaped by experience.

So I’m heading off to Senegal to learn the kora.
A new country. A new instrument. A new way of listening.

I don’t know yet what this journey will open, or how it will change me... Music will always be a joy, but being among new cultures, new rhythms, and new ways of living has its own kind of teaching.

It’s made me reflect on this question I’d love to offer you too.
Where are you heading?
What’s calling you to grow or explore this year?
Who are you becoming?

And if sound is part of that journey, whether for personal healing or supporting others, my sound healing and voice courses are created for exactly this kind of exploration.

Sometimes incredible things begin with a simple yes to something new.
This is mine 💜🎶

Looking back on this past year, I feel deeply grateful to have been doing work I truly love - working from the heart and living into my purpose of serving others, both my students and clients. It brings me immense joy and I feel genuinely honoured to get to spend time with such lovely people.

As I look ahead to 2026, I feel excited and inspired by what’s unfolding. There are beautiful new ideas already taking shape, a wonderful group of women joining Empower Your Healing Voice at the end of January, Tuning Forks for Healing Outcomes in February, Sound Healing Level 1 in February, and Level 2 Practitioner Training in March.
I’ll also be starting up my drum circle and sound baths again on 13th Feb as well as a very exciting trip to Senegal to play the Kora 😀🙌🏼

Thank you for being part of this journey in whatever way you are. Wishing you a 2026 filled with love, meaning, and moments that truly matter. ❤️💜♥️

Last night’s Chantress Seba concert felt like stepping into a temple of beautiful sound. To witness a woman who once walked through the fire of cancer now standing in her full power, using her own voice as medicine, was profoundly moving When we trust the sound rising from within us a new story becomes possible.

If this speaks to something inside you… if you feel the whisper of your own voice asking to be heard, the next cohort of Empower Your Healing Voice begins on 28th January. Six evening Zoom sessions and a beautiful in-person immersion day on 7th March. For sound healers, light workers , teachers , anyone who uses their voice and wants to step into it more fully 💕
