I love teaching my sound healing courses ! On our Level 2 Soundbath course we get deep into the instruments and creating a wonderful experience - we also have a lot of fun trying out games, warm ups and new ways into sound. What better way to spend your weekend ! 💜

There’s something about the drum that calls to us…
A steady rhythm that feels familiar, like it’s always been there.

Maybe it’s because, long before anything else, we knew rhythm through our own heartbeat.
Steady, grounding, connecting us back into the body and into the moment.

Drum circle is about exploring that rhythm together, letting go, and finding a sense of ease, connection, and flow.

If you’re feeling curious, you’re very welcome to come and experience it for yourself 💜🥁

My next drum circle is on Friday 3rd April, followed by a sound bath if you’d like to stay and rest more deeply afterwards.

The first Empower Your Healing Voice of 26 kicked off last night and what a beautiful start !

There is something incredibly special that happens when women come together with open hearts, courage, and a shared willingness to listen inward. From this very first session , the space feels very safe, warm, and alive with possibility.

So many beautiful intentions were shared Longings for confidence, freedom, truth, connection, joy… and the desire to be more fully heard, both by others and by oneself.

It is such an honour to walk beside women like this. To witness the tenderness, the strength, and the love that already lives in their voices.
I can’t wait to support them as they continue this journey of opening, remembering, and empowering their voices… Raawwrr ! 💪🏼🙌🏼💜
