Congratulations to everyone who took part in the Marlow 5 this morning! 👏🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

It was fantastic to see such an incredible community turnout and we were delighted to support runners with post-race Sports Massage to help aid a swift recovery.

We were also able to signpost a number of people who may benefit from a little more input following injury or niggles picked up during training or on the course itself.

If you did sustain an injury, don’t ignore it. Early assessment and treatment can help speed up recovery, optimise performance, and reduce the risk of recurrence.

🤝 Leading group sessions and activities
📋 Working closely with our clinical and admin teams
