A beautiful friend of mine asked me to share this, and I’m really happy to.

Her son Jordie is running these basket making workshops, and this is his first year teaching. From what I’ve seen, the work is beautiful and it looks like a genuinely lovely day to spend learning something new.

If you’ve ever been curious about trying something creative and hands-on, this could be a really nice opportunity. And if it’s not for you, even just sharing it on could make a big difference for him.

Hi everyone,

I’m holding a Gong Bath and Guided Meditation on Easter Sunday at Marlow Youth Centre from 7:15 to 8:30pm.

We’ll start with a gentle guided meditation and then settle into the sound of the gongs. It’s a chance to properly switch off and reset at the end of the Easter weekend. No experience needed at all. Just bring something comfortable to lie on and relax.

If you’ve been meaning to come along to one of these evenings, this would be a lovely one to join.
