Did you know when you book our crew you are getting team members who hold professional qualifications not recreational.. It is very worrying when you hear companies are providing staff with just RYA Powerboat Level 2 which just introduces entry level skills with no examination and no expiry date over 2 days. When we supply staff they will have RYA powerboat level 2, RYA Safety Boat and Rescue 3 Rescue boat operator or Rescue 3 Flood Rescue Boat Operator. On top of this they will also hold a level 3 First Responder qualification and CSCS Card or MCA commercial if needed.

The Health and Safety Executive states that ‘If people must work over or in the vicinity of water or any other liquid, there must be measures in place to prevent a fall into it, and if need be, effect a safe rescue’.

This is why we provide this essential service and always go the extra mile with staff qualifications. You will find most of the team are RYA Safety Boat Helm with R3 Rescue Boat qualification aswell as CSCS and First Response Emergency Care Level 3..

Yesterday we had one of our new boats from Northern Diver International providing safety cover for a rowing event in Peterborough. Our boats are crewed by RYA Safety Boat Helms and First responders with RYA PB2.
