I am a Personal Trainer & Studio Instructor with a love of all things health & fitness related. I'm particularly passionate about Spinning, BoxFit, Kettlebells & Sculpting. I’m still working to find that perfect balance which is different for everyone but through personal experience I have found that it’s not just about working hard in the gym, it’s about nourishing your mind, body & soul. If you do that, learn to love yourself & find that happy medium then the rest should fall into place. Fitness is my passion, my life & I want to share that with my clients - be happy, love what you do & believe you can do anything you set your mind to! Based on my own journey I feel like I am ready to empathise with my clients struggles, body issues or challenges. I want to empower my clients to challenge themselves, love themselves, love their bodies, love what they see in the mirror & most importantly have fun in the process! Whether you're looking to

A beautiful guided walk around Happy Valley, Marlow Common, Homefield Wood & Davenport Wood 🌳 🌲

5.2 miles / 8.4km done, 13k steps all before 10:30am!

The perfect way to stay active, get those extra NEAT steps and chat to like minded ladies ✨💖

I’m so excited to share that Hayley Zikri Body Love, a brilliant Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach, is joining our walk on Sunday 8th March as our guest expert.

As Hayley entered perimenopause, the high-intensity workouts she’d done all her life stopped supporting her body. Instead of feeling better, she felt more stressed, inflamed and depleted.

Walking became the thing that changed everything.

Now he:
☑️ Squats and deadlifts with excellent technique 🏋🏼‍♀️
☑️ Is fully conditioned for ski trips ⛷️
☑️ No longer struggles with lower-back pain thanks to strong glutes and a resilient core
