August is the month of late summer—a time of harvest, reflection, and grounding. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this season is associated with the Earth element, which governs stability, nourishment, and balance.

💛 Ask yourself: What do I need to let go of? What do I need to nourish?

This August, try this simple Qigong practice to stay centered:

🌀 Qigong Flow for August

☯️ Stand tall, feet hip-width apart.
☯️ Inhale as you raise your arms out and up like a sunrise.
☯️ Exhale slowly, drawing your hands down the center line of your body—releasing stress.
☯️ Repeat 3–5 times, smiling gently as you do.
